Hate'er Jewelry accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through PayPal. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.

It is Hate'er Jewelry's policy to ensure the confidentiality and security of all our customers. PayPal is a secure network in which all transactions are conducted through. Once an order is submitted PayPal automatically encrypts your personal information using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) making your card information and personal details unavailable to Hate'er employees.

[Processing and Shipping]
Orders will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment. All orders are hand-made with an extreme amount of detail and care. For this reason please allow 1-2 weeks for pieces to be made and shipped. Orders within the United States are shipped via First Class Mail. Orders placed from outside the United States are shipped via Global Priority Mail. Express shipping are available in the United States only. [Repair/Refund Policy]
Currently all Hate'er Jewelry items are final sale. A great deal of detail and care go into the process of designing and creating Hate'er pieces to ensure your complete and total satisfaction. If damages occur to the items purchased we will repair them as long as the damage done came as a result of the manufacturing process and not caused by the customer. Some charges may apply.
